After a package leaves WILD RAE CO., we are no longer responsible for the package. At checkout, ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION is automatically applied to your cart. Route Package Protection is an insurance program to ensure that if your package gets lost, damaged or stolen, they will reimburse you. If you delete the package protection from your cart, WILD RAE CO will NOT refund or replace any lost, damaged or stolen packages. 

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Any custom fees will fall on the responsibility of the buyer. WILD RAE CO will not be responsible for any added taxes/duties/custom fees applied by your country.
